A Giving Envelope and Response Card In One

April 15, 2014 Rodlie Ortiz, D.Min.

My friend, Anthony WagenerSmith, recently launched a church plant called LifeSpring Adventist Church, and I’d like to show you something he’s using.

It’s a giving envelope and a response card in one. At PMC we use separate response cards, but I think this is a very interesting idea.

Notice how they’re essentially communicating a theology about giving: giving our lives and giving our resources.

Notice the outside of the envelope. Someone can take it home with them and drop it in the mail. Postage is paid by the church. So this makes it very convenient for someone to give and also make a commitment.

Here, also, is the PDF he used:

Seems pretty sweet to me.

So what do you think?

Great idea! More churches should consider the idea.
