You Decide the Look of Modern Ekklesia!

So Modern Ekklesia is in transition at the moment. I’ll tell the full story a little later.

I’ve moved over to WordPress from Blogger and I’m currently using a different theme than I originally thought of using. So far I’m really liking it.

So here’s where I need your help. I’m trying to decide between two possible looks: between the white color scheme as below or with the current scheme (second image). Both will have the logo from the white scheme.

Which one do you prefer so far? Like I said, this one is in transition. It doesn’t even have my title up there, yet. But concerning the overall look which should we go for? The full release will happen next week. I just couldn’t wait to jump back in and post.

Let me know what you think!

I’m thinking visually the difference would be minor. I like this color scheme, and I also liked the old one a lot.

Javier, check it now. I just updated the post with an option I was thinking about. I have them both right below each other so you can compare. What do you think?

I like this one, slight contrast helps to focus on the post. Just dont go to dark on the background it hurts my eyes to read light text dark back ground

Chris, check it again now. I made a change and included a pic. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

Hey that Javier was not this JavierD :-) ))

Rodlie nice, I like it, is it easier to work with under the hood??? do you feel like you got what you paid for? i guess these are essential…But thus far I like what I see, especially that the sharing tabs follow you as you scroll down, like that!
    Blessings brother…

Ahhh…ok. I thought that previous comment was from you! HAhah….Wordpress is actually a 'tad more complicated, to be honest with you, then blogger. But that's because it offers more options. I'm gonna do a whole blog post on it in a few days.

The sharing tab would be on either color scheme.

So visually, then, which color scheme are you saying you like better?

sorry should have answered your question, i like this one a bit more…especially if that side bar that follows as you scroll is in this one, for some reason i like that feature makes it of course easy to share if we want to instead of having to scroll up again…

They are both easy on the eyes. I sort of like this one better over the white background, however, it looks like the type may be a touch smaller and I like when it's slightly bigger so it's easier to read seeing how I use a high resolution screen. I can zoom in but I don't usually do so. It's good of you to ask our opinion, but we all know that ultimately it's your decision and what you like… so go for it and keep the great blogs coming!

My two cents are stick with what you got because the white and light blue are separate making it easier to know where the post starts and finishes.
