Glad it could help, Pedro. In the beginning I was also all over the place with my schedule. I operate well with a lot of structure, so in school I did really well. So in pastoring, I had to apply a schedule to myself. This helps to give me a framework for when I should do certain things. And it works! It's nice to finish a sermon early in the week as opposed to Friday night. Blessings.

Rodlie, thanks for this post. I have a problem in organizing my time. I almost feel like I need someone to be telling me what to do and then I will do it. As a pastor, we need to organize ourselves and many times nobody knows what we are doing. I still ask myself sometimes, how do pastor's use their time during the week? this was a good way of answering that question. God bless
