You just create an account for each of your churches and ask someone in each church to keep attendance. Ideally this would be someone that is on the internet. Cause you can then ask this person to login to the site themselves and put in the attendance. I log in once a month and print it out before the board meetings so we can talk about our attendance then. It's been quite helpful.
